The Eladrin (non-variant) was published more recently, in Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes. Only part of the racial details are shown in the preview (the page cuts off and the remainder is on a page not shown) but it looks like it may be reasonable for PS play.The Eladrin (Variant) is the original version published in the DMG. First, the good news: Aasimar (called by that name) appear in the DMG as a PC race, in the section on creating new races and sub-races. Each of the feats are tied to races released in offical Wizards of the Coast releases of some kind the Unearthed Arcana series of articles, the Dungeon Master's Guide, or other sources (not including Volo's Guide to Monsters).
